Renting the Morden Hall

If you would like to rent the Hall, please email: mordencomm2321@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Name, phone number, email address and best time for contact
  • The date of which you would like to rent the hall, as well as a 2nd choice (in the case that 1st choice is unavailable)
  • The purpose of the rental (birthday, celebration, event type, etc.)
  • The time period for which you would like to rent the hall (3 hours or 3+ hours; time of day)
  • If you will be needing the use of the kitchen facilities
  • Any other noteworthy information you would like to pass on to the Rental Administrator

Please note:

  • There is no smoking inside the hall, as well as within 8ft of any entrance
  • If liquor is to be consumed on site a liquor license must be obtained and paid for by the renter

Once a date has been confirmed, the Rental Administrator will send the Rental Agreement – which once signed confirms the booking and use of the hall for the outlined date. 

All who use the hall must return it to the state in which it was, prior to rental.
