Yoga Workshop

Ciara Stevens will be putting on a yoga workshop on November 15 at the community hall beginning at 2 PM. It will be an hour and a half workshop and the cost is $15/person.  Part of the workshop will be a yoga class.

Ciara will be sending me an email which will say what we should bring to the class i.e. mat, water, loose clothes, etc. and I will get that info out to you. She will also let us know when she may be able to teach some classes here at the community hall. Keep in mind these will happen sporadically.

For those interested Ciara is also teaching a yoga class in Berwick every Monday and Wednesday beginning at 7:45 in the evening.  This is an hour class and the cost is $8.00 per class.  This class will be throughout the fall and winter.
